There are moments when you know that something needs to change, but the path forward is unclear. This can be overwhelming and confusing. These inflection points in life can also offer potent opportunities for reflection and growth. I see therapy as a space for discovering and building the future you want.

I work from a psychodynamic and relational lens. This often includes exploring how formative past experiences shape current patterns and challenges. Therapy is most impactful when we build a foundation of trust, collaboration, and genuine connection. I focus on creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen and comfortable being your most authentic self. I also incorporate awareness of how societal and cultural factors influence mental health and well-being.

My work is especially focused on exploring relationship challenges, interpersonal dynamics, and painful family-of-origin experiences. I also work with couples who feel stuck in repetitive patterns. I have experience supporting couples navigating non-monogamy. In addition, I have received extensive training in psychedelic therapy. I enjoy helping clients catalyze psychedelic experiences into lasting shifts through intentional preparation and integration.

The direction of our work together will reflect your personal needs, desires, and goals. My style is compassionate and engaged. I also bring humor and curiosity into the therapeutic process. I believe finding the right therapeutic fit is essential. I would love to meet with you to see if we could be a good match.
