I view therapy as a journey of returning to a more authentic relationship with ourselves and the world around us. Rather than focusing on what might feel wrong, I encourage my clients to remain curious about the patterns and beliefs that have shaped them through self-inquiry and presence.

I am drawn to working with introspective and curious adults who are willing to look beneath the surface of their experiences. Clients may be navigating relationship difficulties, life transitions, attachment patterns, questions of identity or purpose, or periods of spiritual growth. My approach is compassionate, emotionally attuned, and direct. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of the process. Together, we create a container in which we can go beyond the mind and into felt experiences.

My background in psychedelic therapy, along with more than a decade of meditation, yoga, breathwork, and contemplative practices, deeply influences the way I approach and understand psychological growth. I am also particularly interested in couples therapy. Intimate relationships can be some of our most powerful mirrors and opportunities for learning and healing. Through EFT and RLT approaches, I help couples explore the patterns that keep them stuck and move towards greater connection, honesty, and vulnerability.

Underlying my approach to therapy is the belief that growth is rarely linear. We often encounter the same lessons time and time again until we develop a greater awareness and capacity to meet them differently. Therapy can be a space to hone that awareness, expand the trust we hold for ourselves, and move towards a life that feels more fully our own.
