Logan Meeker, LMSW (he/him)

Logan earned his Master of Social Work from Fordham University and completed advanced psychoanalytic training at the William Alanson White Institute. He views therapy as a collaborative journey, empowering clients to build stability, resilience, and autonomy. Rooted in the belief that deep healing is attainable for all, Logan tailors treatment through open communication and ongoing collaboration. Logan works with individuals, couples, and groups.

Blending psychoanalytic insight, evidence-based modalities (DBT, TF-CBT), and mindfulness, Logan adapts therapy to each client’s unique strengths and challenges. Through the establishment of a secure therapeutic bond, Logan works to create an attuned human experience that restores wholeness and authenticity. He specializes in developmental trauma
and early attachment, exploring their lasting impact on adult life. His experience spans anxiety, depression, PTSD, neurodivergence, and psychosis.

A longtime meditation instructor and practicing Buddhist, Logan integrates mindfulness for grounding and emotional regulation. Logan believes deeply in the inherent worth of all beings and their right to a dignified existence. His holistic approach weaves psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions, fostering lasting transformation with empathy and compassion.
