Sabrina believes therapy is a place to slow down, get curious, and feel genuinely seen. She works with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, identity, grief, burnout, and personal growth. Whether clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply want to understand themselves more deeply, she meets them with warmth, openness, and curiosity.

Before becoming a therapist, Sabrina worked as a wedding planner, supporting people through moments that were both joyful and emotionally complex. Witnessing how stress, family dynamics, expectations, and major transitions shape our relationships deepened her interest in how we connect with others and ourselves—ultimately leading her to graduate school to become a therapist.

Sabrina graduated from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work, where she worked with people across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and life experiences, including incarcerated youth and older adults. Her training strengthened her appreciation for the relational, cultural, and environmental forces that shape each person’s story.

Her Jewish identity and involvement in Jewish communities have also informed her appreciation for the roles of culture, family, belonging, spirituality, and inherited traditions in our inner lives. She welcomes clients interested in exploring these dimensions of identity while remaining attentive to what they uniquely mean for each person.

Sabrina’s approach is warm, relational, collaborative, and holistic. She believes meaningful change grows through authentic connection and making room for the whole person—mind, body, creativity, relationships, culture, and environment. Drawing on her own connections to art and nature, she may incorporate mindfulness, creativity, movement, or nature-based practices when they resonate with a client.

Above all, Sabrina creates space for clients to show up fully without needing to have everything figured out. Together, she helps clients understand patterns with greater compassion, deepen their relationship with themselves, and build lives that feel more authentic, connected, and aligned.
