She adeptly blends various therapeutic modalities, including Depth Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Anna offers individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, viewing each interaction as a relational journey toward deepening one’s sacred connection to self and others. Specializing in trauma, addiction, LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions, and eating disorders, she underscores the importance of relationships in facilitating personal growth and healing.

Anna’s approach to therapy is anything but conventional. She incorporates diverse mediums such as art, writing, movement, nature, film, and music into the healing process. Anna’s academic background includes a BA in Creative Writing from the New School, a Masters of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary, and a Masters of Social Work from Columbia University. Her professional experiences range from serving as a Chaplain in a hospital to counseling on Rikers Island and collaborating with Buddhist monks on end-of-life care.
